Director
Responsible for Company Finances.
Stephen is usually found in the office at either the Barrow or Whitehaven Nurseries with his head in his computer dealing with the Company Finances. Stephen worked in the Shipbuilding industry for 20 years and welcomed the thought of a career change when his wife Donna told him of her idea to open the Barrow Nursery.
As a dad, he empathised with parents who were anxious about leaving their children in the care of someone else and was instrumental behind the installation of the NurseryCam system at Both Nurseries. A big fan of new technologies he is keen to keep an eye on new developments in this area for this sector.
Stephen is also in charge of Health and Safety at both Nurseries and has attended many courses in his years in the shipbuilding industry, where Health and Safety also play a big part; he has managed to migrate the information and practices he has used before into workable solutions for the Nurseries. |
