Pay by the hour childcare is designed to be a completely new flexible approach to childcare in the Furness area, parents can now book and pay for only the childcare they require by the hour.

Free Parent & Toddler Group introduced at Barrow

Furness Childcare has introduced a completely free parent & toddler group at its Barrow Day Nursery.

The group is held every Tuesday between 10am and 11.30am and is completely free of charge.

Children can play and have fun in a safe & secure environment.

Furness Childcare wins tender to supply Childcare for Newbarns Children's Centre!!!

Furness Childcare Ltd has been awarded the tender to supply childcare for a breakfast and after school club at Newbarns Children's Centre in Barrow-in-Furness. The project means Furness Childcare will be working in partnership with NCH the children's charity and Newbarns primary School. The Club is registered with Ofsted to care for 19 children and will run term time only.

New Biometric Access System installed

Furness childcare has become one of the first nurseries in Cumbria to install a Biometric (finger print) access system at both it's nurseries. The system alows parents/carers of children at the nurseries to gain access to the nursery using their unique finger print.
